As you know, the Sun Devil nation is not always united in its opinion of Rudy Carpenter. This video of him stealing soda from the Memorial Union will probably not help clarify things.
Some will now consider him a Sun Devil legend with a great sense of humor. Others will now view him as a pink shirt-wearing whiner who won’t ante up the $.75 for a coke. We think this Saturday’s game will help a lot of us determine upon which side of the fence we fall. In the meantime, enjoy …

Okay, that is pretty funny, but obviously this is staged. Does anyone know why/for what this was created?
Yeah, I’m not exactly sure about the genesis of this video. Apparently it was created by a local sketch comedy group called Shark Jumpers. Either way, I think it’s awesome that Rudy would put himself up for this.
