Previewing November’s M&G Illustrated

The November issue of Maroon & Gold Illustrated is headed for a mailbox near you. If you’ve been wondering what and the lady Sun Devils have in the works, you won’t be disappointed by what’s inside.

We’ve been bad about covering the Arizona State women’s basketball team. After all, aside from Pat Murphy, has been running the most successful of ASU’s athletic programs over the last decade or so.

We promise to rectify the situation as the season draws nearer. In the meantime, we direct you to this month’s Maroon & Gold Illustrated which features senior guard and reigning Pac-10 defensive player of the year on its cover.

The magazine is dropping plenty of women’s hoops coverage on you this month, including a team overview and position-by-position previews. Here’s what else you’ll see when the issue hits your mailbox in the next few days:

  • Inside ASU Sports news section
  • Feature stories on football players Pierre Singfield and Kerry Taylor and basketball point guard Jamelle McMillan
  • Recruiting updates on football commitments Brock Osweiler and Matthew Tucker and basketball commitment Corey Hawkins
  • In The Pros feature on Terrell Suggs
  • Where Are They Now? feature on former wrestler Markus Mollica
