TEMPE- It's bye week for the Arizona State Sun Devils after a long, busy 10-day road trip in Texas and London.

Head coach Kenny Dillingham spoke to the media on Tuesday, just nearly 48 hours after arriving back in Tempe while fighting through the jet lag.

The Sun Devils will welcome the Baylor Bears at home on Saturday, October 3, at Mountain America Stadium at 7:30 p.m. as a kickoff time.

Here are the quotes from Tuesday's availability on player standouts, injury updates, and more.

Full availability can be watched here:

Dillingham on Sun Devils' preparation to playing nine games in nine consecutive weeks after an early bye week (Q- Craig Fouhy, ABC15 Arizona): "It's definitely different because we only get one this year. Some like this is the last year we get one. From now on, we get two, which actually makes the international games easier because it's notyour only bye on a week three or a week four, but because we just got back [from London], we're still all messed up. ... I can't bring these guys back with their body clocks all messed up and say let's go have a 22-period practice. That's not smart, especially with nine weeks straight. It is a little bit different than a normal bye."

Dillingham on how Cutter Boley has played in the first three weeks of the season (Q- Blake Niemann, Fox 10): "I think he's played well. He's taking care of the football. He doesn't have knock-on-wood like I call it a real interception. He hasn't just thrown the ball to the opponent one time in three games, and that usually results in winning. And his completion percentage is somewhere where we needed it to be, but we still have to get the ball downfield more. ... I've been really pleased with him (and) how we played."

Dillingham on about the possibility of participating in more football games overseas in the future, especially given the successful turnout of coaches, fans and alumni in London this past weekend (Q- Aya Abdeen, Echo from the Buttes): "I'd be definitely open to playing another overseas game. I was for it for the first time, like I said, just certain circumstances; I do believe there should be some scheduling kind of built into it. ... I'd be all about that in regards to the guys that have gotten in the program. We got to continue to add people to the program, and that'll help make a difference."

Dillingham on Jaren Hamilton's kickoff return and his vision on becoming more involved in passing game (Q- Jakob Brooks, Sun Devil Source): "We got to figure out a way to get more of the wideouts involved in the offense. I don't think there's a debate about that. ... We'll play in a lot more games where we're going to have to be aggressive longer and throughout the game. I think those guys are going to have to show up and I got to do a better job getting them involved."

Dillingham on losing tight end Khamari Anderson for the year (Q- Jordan Hamm, Sports360AZ): "Unfortunately, Khamari's out for the year. Crazy second play of the game goes down, which sucks. But yeah, it just sucks for him. He's such a great kid. I feel for him. The whole team feels for him. That's a horrible thing to happen."

Dillingham on Jaren Hamilton's performance and impact in his second year with the football program (Q- Emma Wakefield, Bamboo Sports Media): "Jaren is one of my favorite guys. Jaren is Jaren. Best way to describe Jaren is he is him, and he's just gonna be himself every single day. Jaren's grown up a lot in this last year. His maturity, how he shows up, the trust level we have is through the roof now; We have a lot of trust in him and for him to go out and make that play and to see the drawer in his face, it's always fun to see guys that have put in a lot of work succeed. And for him to have success after putting in all the work he's put in is awesome to see, and that's the beginning of his future here. Plays like that can really spark you and give you confidence, and they can shape in next year and a half."
