Gameday has finally come once again, and our esteemed panel of writers have put forth the predictions that really matter for today's matchup against the Morgan State Bears.

Tom Hardon (7-5 in 2025)

Morgan State has their strengths, however those strengths don't stack up against a Power Four program. The defensive front for the Bears won't be able to hold up to the strength of the new offensive line for the Sun Devils. The Cutter Boley Era will begin with a performance that sees plenty of reps from the second and third team units to prepare for next week's tough SEC matchup.

Prediction: ASU 55 | Morgan State 3

Andrew Hayslett (6-6 in 2025)

Arizona State’s coaches have emphasized the team’s depth throughout the offseason. Against a historically weaker FCS school in Morgan State that depth has the chance to flourish.

Prediction: ASU 48 MSU 10

Aya Abdeen

Arizona State has loaded up TONS of talent on the offensive end in the off-season. I could see the Sun Devils blowing out Morgan State, 52-7.

David Howman (8-4 in 2025)

The defense will give up an early touchdown that has us all worried, but then they'll lock in the rest of the way. Rodney Bimage and Montana Warren both get picks.

On offense, Cutter Boley will make several flash plays and get the team up big early on. They'll go into clock-killing mode in the second half, but a heat check throw from Boley will get intercepted and set up a field goal for Morgan State. It will won't be enough to make this one close.

Prediction: Sun Devils win 42-10
