Rebound game expected in expert predictions

Football Saturday is upon us once more, and with that comes the latest round of predictions from our panel of experts.
David Howman (6-0)
The Avery Johnson news changes things for me. Kansas State has a lot of flaws along their roster, but the connection between Johnson and head coach Collin Klein has covered up a lot of them.
With Mikey Keene at the helm for Arizona State, I think we'll see more offensive cohesion and enough stops on defense to get a win, though it won't be pretty and it won't be easy.
Sun Devils 27 | Wildcats 21
Andrew Hayslett (5-1)
Both teams come in at 1-2 in conference play, with each team's lone conference win against Kansas. Both teams have quarterback question marks, with Avery Johnson listed as doubtful and Mikey Keene's first Sun Devil start.
This will be a close, ugly game with the winner capitalizing on the loser's turnovers and other mistakes in a sloppy game.
Arizona State 31- Kansas State 29 (3OT)
Aya Abdeen (4-1)
I'm interested in seeing how Mikey Keene will help the Sun Devils for the rest of the season as a starting quarterback.
Arizona State wins 28-24
Tom Hardon (4-2)
Change is coming for the Sun Devils this week, as Mikey Keene will get the call under center. He's proven that he can be an efficient signal caller in low-stakes scenarios, but the pressure will be on him from the jump on Saturday.
Kansas State will present a challenging rushing attack, though its true potency will hinge on IF quarterback Avery Johnson is healthy enough to start (downgraded from questionable to doubtful on the Kansas State injury report). History will be on the side of the Sun Devils though, as Kansas State has lost their last three post-Sunflower Showdown games. With the afternoon kickoff for a blackout game, look for that trend to continue.
