TEMPE- The Arizona State Sun Devils (2-1) are preparing for a home matchup against the Baylor Bears (3-1) at Mountain America Stadium on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. MST on ESPN.

The last time these two teams met was on September 20, 2025, when kicker Jesus Gomez made a game-winning field goal to hand the Sun Devils a thrilling road win over the Bears.

Head coach Kenny Dillingham spoke to the media on Monday about the team's game plan for the Arizona State's first conference game of the season, playing in front of the fans, quarterback Cutter Boley, and more.

Full availability can be seen right here:

Dillingham on facing Baylor's defense (Q- Hod Rabino, Devils Digest): "They stoned us last year for most of the game. We were at the dogfight over there. I think the biggest change is, their head coach has mentioned it multiple times, he made an emphasis on the front."

Dillingham on playing a conference game against a top-25 team at night (Q- Jakob Brooks, Sun Devils Source): "I'm excited. I love playing at home. I love running out of the tunnel and seeing 12,000, sometimes 13,000 students [in the stadium]. I mean, that's remarkable. We're literally running out of the tunnel, seeing 13,000 students; our guys get to run to a sold-out crowd at night with the fireworks. ... To me, there's not many better things than to run out of that tunnel at a night game, conference opponent, with a sold-out crowd."

Dillingham on facing Baylor wide receiver Gavin Freeman, who leads the country in receptions (Q- Harrison Fuller, Cronkite Sports): "Watch his blocking. No plays off for that kid, and that's why I think it's showing up in the passing game. Operating out of the slot puts together a different plan of what they want to do."

The Arizona Cardinals will face Cam Skattebo and the New York Giants this upcoming weekend.

Dillingham on how Arizona State recruited Cam Skattebo to the program (Q- Doug Franz, Doug Franz Unplugged Podcast): "Charlie Ragle played him (Cam Skattebo), and he said, 'This guy's unreal. We want this kid on our program. He's the right type of guy. He runs physical and runs by his pads.' So, he brought him to me and said, 'Kenny, this is an absolute dude, I promise you.'"

Dillingham on Max Iheanachor getting his first career start for the Pittsburgh Steelers, who won over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday (Q- Jakob Brooks, Sun Devil Source): "Awesome. I mean to see him go out and play from the day he got here, and I still remember his OV [official visit]. It's just crazy how time flies by so fast. ... To see that kid, now starting for the Pittsburgh Steelers as a rookie, and I think he allowed the fewest amount of pressures... hopefully that's only the beginning for him."

Dillingham on his approach to bye weeks (Q- Dominic Tibbetts, ABC15): "The unique thing for us, or since I've been here, is sometimes we've had one bye week; last year we had two bye weeks ... when you have three almost different types of bye weeks in three consecutive years, you need to be willing to change how you go about bye weeks."
